OUR COMMITMENT. We hope the items you purchase make you as happy as they made us when we picked them out for our shop. If for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right.
All of our products have a 30-day return policy. We will gladly accept the return of any new, undamaged items within 30 days of your order. Goods returned for reasons other than defect must be in original condition with tags attached. Please keep in mind that handmade items are just that-made by the makers hands.
Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

During the holiday season, we will accept returns purchased from November 1 through December 31st if received by January 31.
All orders shipped to a single address are charged a flat rate of $10 and are shipped via UPS ground. Please allow 7-10 business days for arrivals. Orders of $250 or more ship free!
Most orders will ship within one business day. As soon as your order is on the way, you'll receive a confirmation email including your shipment tracking number.

IN A HURRY? We will happily expedite your order. We offer Two-Day expedited shipping, which arrives in 2 business days. Rates are based on the value of your order. For orders up to $250 the rate is $15 and for orders over $250 the rate is $20 for expedited shipping. All deliveries are subject to delivery times outlined by UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
